Logging In

Your gateway URL is: https://[shopname].altapaysecure.com

In most cases, your username is your email address. If you want to receive a new password or when you are logging in for the first time, press “Forgot your password?” and a new password will be sent to your email address.

The dashboard displays a graphic summary of payment activities of your company’s gateway for the last 7 days and for the past 6 months.

As payments can be processed in different currencies, the data from the charts is converted in EUR. The exchange rates use may differ from any exchange rates used in converting the funds.

You can examine the detail by generating relevant reports. These are in most cases also accessible via the API.
